I also HATE being pregnant! I am 35 weeks along, and I haven't liked one thing about this whole process. I know how blessed my husband and I are to have the opportunity to have a baby, there is no doubt about that. There is just something so alien-like about it. I dont LOVE feeling the baby move although I am thankful that the baby is healthy and moving. People who say they LOVE being pregnant drive me nuts b/c I just dont see how that is possible?! I hate getting bigger, not just in the belly, but the quadrupled rib cage, boobs, etc, not attractive. The swollen ankles, and then more swelling up even further toward the calf, etc, it makess me thank God it is winter and I wear pants! The head cold that I "cant take anything for", the sleepless nights, not from discomfort, but insomnia, and still going to work the next day as if everything is just perfect! I have been told by doctors, friends, and strangers that I "look great", maybe because I am rather small thus far, but I still put on 20 lbs, tha'ts significant weight gain, how can I possibly "look great"?! Its just weird for people to even be looking at my body,,and feeling free to comment on it. I have a wonderful husband that truly feels that I "am the best looking pregnant woman he's ever seen" but I don't feel my best! Geezzzzz.....5 more weeks to go, let it go by fast!

You could try bio oil. I've heard that that is quite good and reduces the intensity of stretch marks, makes them fade quite a bit. Its quite cheap (well it is here in aust) also, which is always a good thing

Becky, I absolutely love you for posting this! I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I too DISLIKE being pregnant. I've often made comments like how nice would it be if right after intercoarse the baby could just be born (Instant Gratification! : ) ). This is my second pregnancy and the first pregnancy was bad but this one is even harder since I have no family close by and my husband works night shift. I absolutely love my son and I know I will love this baby to come, but I don't know if I want to do this again. It's been such a roller coaster of syptoms and emotions. I am a envious of pregnant moms to be, with no horrible symptoms.
You are the first person that has made me feel normal for not enjoying pregnancy! :) Thank You!!

The problem of Stretch Marks is almost something that woman always concern at the onset of pregnancy. There are several things you can do to prevent pregnancy stretch marks. You may use creams made particularly to help avoid unsightly stretch marks. You may wear a good quality full support brassiere to prevent the appearance of stretch marks on your chest area and breasts.

Hi Naomi! Our son did very well with the helmet. He didn't show any signs of it bothering his head or neck, or signs of tiring after wearing it for some time. However, our bikes rides never really extended past 45 minutes or so, so I couldn't tell you about how he would fare with longer rides. We are very happy with it and intend to use it with our baby girl when she's old enough. :) Thanks for asking and good luck!

Hi. I am looking to purchase this for my eight month old daughter to use in a trailer, and wondered how much the helmet weighed and how your baby coped with it?

Many thanks
