Low-Carb Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo with Spaghetti Squash

Here is how you can have the satisfying flavors chicken and broccoli alfredo without all of the carbs! Here’s how we have our “pasta” at our house:

You’ll need:

Spaghetti squash-

Cut in half, remove seeds, add olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, bake at 400 degrees for 50 minutes. Fork and ready!

Boneless chicken thighs (my favorite! Available at ALDI) or chicken breast

Grilled is best. I love mine blackened!

Fresh steamed broccoli

Fresh is better, but frozen will do too.

Alfredo sauce of your choice

Available at ALDI. I also love Bertolli brand alfredo sauce.

Put it all together, and you have a delicious, keto-friendly “pasta”!
For even more flavor, also add fresh cooked mushrooms and sliced red pepper to the mix!
